Attention To Detail
We pride ourselves with providing design documents that are complete, well documented and fully engineered. Starting with the programming and schematic design phase, we like to be involved in setting up mechanical and electrical equipment room spaces. These spaces are sometimes overlooked and present problems if not addressed until the construction document phase.
Schematic design should also include preliminary lighting layouts, HVAC diffuser layouts, sprinkler heads, receptacle layouts, and special systems components such as telephone, data, security, and fire alarm devices. Once approved, design development documents are started which fine tunes the schematic design drawings. Upon acceptance, the construction documents swing into full motion and the complete design take's shape. As the drawings become fully completed, a final Quality Assurance Review is done prior to issuing the documents.
